- Click the dropdown to select the list you want to use for your appeal. Note that you can only choose one list per appeal.
- Click on "Map Appeal."
- If the list is grayed out, it means it has not been synced to AskGenius.
- To sync the list, click "Select Environment" to return to the "Select Environment" page.
- Click the "Configure Ingestion" button, select your list from the dropdown, and begin the ingestion process.
- Once your list is synced, return to the "Select Audience" page, select your list, and proceed to "Map Appeal."
