Remember that the data stored in AskGenius after you sync is static, so it's essential to occasionally resync your data to AskGenius before each direct mail appeal or if there have been significant updates to your data since the last sync. Resyncing brings in any new data since your last sync. Hit the "Resync Tags" icon under "Actions" to bring in the most up-to-date donor data.
