- Before you can create custom ask strings, you’ll need to tag the contacts you want to include. You can tag individual records or apply a tag to contacts in the query results list to identify audiences.
- Nonprofits will categorize their givers into groups by using tags. The best way to do this is to create a query of givers they want to send the appeal to and add a tag. For example, the tag could be “Annual Appeal 2023”.
